Really free: one concept and one revision. Fill out the intake form so we know the page type, the feel you want, and sites you like; that brief is what we design from. No invoice, no obligation. Extra design rounds after that use studio time.
What work is included?
The customer plan includes SEO, AI-search optimization, hosting, support, and the approved mockup build. Additional work is separately scoped and priced in writing. You can review the public work log at bill.jbnx.io/public/demo next to the demo site.
Is SEO included in the plan?
Yes. Basic security, SEO, and AI-search optimization are included: the certificate, headers, backups, on-page work, local listings, and search visibility.
Where does the site go live?
New sites go live on [App Host] first: yourname.[App Host]. That is the live site, not a draft. If you want a custom domain later, we attach it. Hosting stays the same either way.
Who owns the domain and the site?
JBNX owns the design, the domains we purchase or register, and the stack. We must manage the domain to keep providing the service. You may leave at any time: we take the site down when you go. After twelve consecutive paid months you may ask in writing for a transfer of the domain and the public site files (you pay the registrar fee). Missed monthly payment may also take the site down. New customers sign the Service Agreement before we build or host.
What's included in the plan?
The customer plan is free for the first month, then $100/mo. It includes hosting, the certificate, domain management, email forwarding, SEO, AI-search optimization, basic security, support, and the approved build. Cancel anytime.
How do Shopify and Square work?
Shopify and other third-party platforms are pass-through fees at their current rates and are paid separately. Square setup is included on your Square seller account. We scope store work before it starts.
What counts as a large / custom build?
Anything beyond a basic store or flat site that needs a consult first: for example custom automations, overnight jobs, extra tracking, or databases that aren't a simple launch. We'll scope it before work starts.
